• 0508 is a free service provided by conveyIT Network Limited (CNL).
• CNL is owned and operated by Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Wellington.
• If you utilise the 0508 service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The 0508 service operated by CNL will provide you only with brief and preliminary legal advice on the buying and selling of property. Calls will not exceed ten (10) minutes in duration.
• In order to receive access to the service and any advice you must first disclose to CNL:
  - Your name.
  - Your place of residence.
  - The general location and type of property.
  - Relevant details of your proposed purchase and personal circumstances that you propose selling/buying or refinancing.
  - Your email address.
  You agree to these details being held by CNL pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
• Repeated calls to 0508 by the same caller in the nature of ongoing legal advice will not be permitted. The 0508 service should not act as a substitute for the engagement of a property lawyer or conveyancing professional.
• The 0508 advisor may be a lawyer or a legal executive experienced in property matters.
• The 0508 advisor will be entitled, at any time during a call to decline to provide further advice and refer you to conveyIT lawyers or conveyancing professionals in your area or region for more detailed advice and assistance.
• The 0508 service will be available during the following times only:
  Weekdays 8.00 am to 10.00 pm
  Weekends 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
